Our cakes and treat boxes are perishable goods. We do not accept cancellations or refunds if you change your mind or are unable to accept delivery. If your order is faulty or damaged, contact us at cakefaceuk.sarbarkes@gmail.com for an investigation and suitable remedy.

Delivery
We ship UK-wide within 7 days. Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If your order arrives damaged, provide photo evidence on the day of delivery so we can assess the claim. Missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect customer information may limit available remedies.
